The Ravens - Kass Morgan & Danielle Paige review
Kappa Rho Nu isn't your average sorority. Their parties are notorious. Their fundraisers are known for being Westerly College's most elaborate affairs. But beneath the veil of Greek life and prestige, the sisters of Kappu Rho Nu share a secret: they're a coven of witches. For Vivi Deveraux, being one of Kappa Rho Nu's Ravens means getting a chance to redefine herself.
For Scarlett Winters, a bonafide Raven and daughter of a legacy Raven, pledge this year means living up to her mother's impossible expectations of becoming Kappa Rho Nu's next president. Scarlett knows she'd be the perfect candidate - that is, if she didn't have one human-sized skeleton in her closet.... When Vivi and Scarlett are paired as big and little for initiation, they find themselves sinking into the sinister world of blood oaths and betrayals.

The life of a student, combined with witchcraft and a lot of mysteries. That's a little summary for this amazing book.
It starts off quietly and the tension is raised step by step. We're being consumed by the book and we can't put it down anymore. In the middle of the book, the tension is kind of dropped, as well as my concentration to read. But after a while the story got more intense again and I was back into the story. The story's overflooded with mysteries at the end. It's like an overdose to make up for the middle of the book.
I really liked Scarlet's character. Her character really spoke to me, because she has a huge weight on her shoulders, and she always tries to be the best at everything. She wants her mom and sister to be proud of her and she wants to follow in their footsteps as former society leaders of the raven. She can sometimes be mean and cruel to people, but that's because she has been through a lot and because she has got to live up to the standards of her mother and sister. Scarlet has also a fragile and more friendly site, which she doesn't often show. I find this just soadmirable about her character. This shows how strong she is and her willingness to do whatever it takes to be a good society-leader.
The book has a nice writing style so you can read through the story smoothly. The cover is also simply beautiful. I secretly hope that Netflix makes a tv-series out of it.
